Founded by Irene Murphy-Schwitzer in 2001, Magic Connections is a small training and development agency – radical in its thinking, creative in its approach, and straightforward to work with. Our expertise is in stimulating innovative approaches to organisational problems by creating the conditions for recognising and changing stuck patterns of thinking and action. The result? Great communication, high performing teams, increased leadership capacity.
Together with a small groups of associates Irene designs and delivers Coach Training (ICF accredited), Team Coaching, and bespoke workshops for leadership groups.
